Project Preparation

  1. Plan review—plan review—plan review by Stock Framing Division team
  2. Shop drawings and layout drawings produced and reviewed by Stock Framing Division team
  3. Pre-construction meetings with Stock Framing Division team
  4. Project flow sequencing and scheduling
  5. Site and project coordination meetings with all sub-trades
  6. Stock Framing Division construction consultant (optional) will work with the project manager or architect and engineer to clarify design issues, develop RFI’s, review shop drawings, and create punch lists to ensure quality control.
  7. RFI’s prepared and followed up by Stock Building Supply Framing Division.

On Site Coordination

  1. Coordination of all framing material is Stock Framing Division responsibility
  2. Weekly project scheduling and flow review
  3. All forklifts and cranes with operators are included for our scope of work
  4. Clean up to owner’s dumpsters daily
  5. Safety meetings and OSHA requirements are in full compliance
  6. Close coordination and involvement with customer for local inspections
  7. Coordination with all sub-trades for smooth work flow and scheduling
